The Good News

City of Refuge COGIC Ministries has served Bloomington/Normal, it residents, and many “passersby” for over 30 years. The far Westside location at 1313 W. Taylor St. in Bloomington has been the “refuge” for many in the community since 1982. Now, with a growing ministry and “New Season”, we have moved to a bigger location at 2405 E. Washington St., also located in Bloomington. With an expanding ministry, God has allowed room for more gifts, talents, and other ministries by affording City of Refuge the privilege to expand at its original premises. While expansions are underway, the work must continue. We would love to see you at our new location: 2405 E. Washington St. So, come worship with us. Call 309-662-1400 for any questions.
